A few months ago my basement flooded. So you can imagine all I wanted to do was find and hire a plumber as quickly as possible to come fix the problem. You would think after living in a house my entire life I would already know of a trusted plumber that I regularly use and could hire right away. But nope, every plumber my family had used throughout the years never did the job right so we always had to look for a new one. So now that I had this emergency I went on the hunt for a plumber and it was entirely too hard. What does this have to do with you? A few things. One do you do your job well enough for your customers to keep calling you back? & Two do you make it easy for your customers to find you? In this week’s video I tell you how to get better at both of those things!

This was very helpful! I realized that I haven’t really told many of my friends the intricacies of what I do. They know I edit books, but I’m not sure they know I do book coaching and ghostwriting as well. Thank you for this great reminder!
What a fun job Gina! You should totally tell your friends and family more about what you do I bet you some of them know people who want to write a book but don’t know that you can help them do that! So letting them know can definitely lead to new prospects!
